Lee Jeans director to emigrate

The commercial director for Lee Jeans in the UK and Ireland has decided that he will be stepping down from his role in order to move to Australia.
Dave Moreton - who joined the Lee brand VF Corporation nearly two decades ago - has said that both he and his family will be heading down under next month, after he secured himself a job with Pacific Brands, concentrating on the Mens and Children's departments for its Bonds label.
"Bonds is a true Australian icon," he said, adding that he is "really honoured to take on this position".
His decision to leave England and Lee Jeans has also been driven by his and his wife's desire to provide a different life for their children, as they will have "more opportunities growing up in a great climate and fantastic country".
Mr Moreton initially joined VF Corporation in its Wrangler division and worked in several sales roles before moving over to Lee Jeans.
