Several changes are underway at youth denim retailer Levis Strauss & Co in a bid to improve customer experiences of the brand.
A series of new appointments have been made, with the company also coming up with a strategy that will help it meet the needs of its consumers more effectively.
"We believe global brand leadership is the most effective way to deepen our connections with consumers, respond to changing tastes and attitudes, and grow in an increasingly dynamic international marketplace," commented president and chief executive officer John Anderson.
He added that the company is being proactive in becoming consumer-focused and will be more consistent in how the brand is presented to the public.
Among the changes to be implemented at Levi's is that Robert Hanson has been named the executive vice-president and president of the global strand of the company.
Last month, Levi's launched a new line of custom-fit jeans, which is believes will fit 80 per cent of women.
